Nonprofit Organizations
Is your nonprofit facility valued for all it’s worth?
A review from Accuvaluations will provide the information you need to ensure your organization can rebuild.
Nonprofit organizations do good on numerous fronts, both nationally and outside the United States. For most, physical property is an important component of their work. Depending on the mission of the organization, a facility may even be critical to its cause.
For example, storage and service areas are essential to the work of a food pantry. A nonprofit with administrative functions may require an office building. Organizations involved in housing may own apartments, condos or single-family residences. Camps and retreat centers manage multiple buildings and infrastructure.
The question facing each type of property is: Are you insured to fully reconstruct your buildings and restore your property in today’s market? That’s where AccuValuations comes in.
In our free introductory consultation, we’ll learn about your facility and property and answer any questions you have about building valuations and our process.
Most of the time, our valuation can be conducted remotely. We partner with you to collect information, documents and photographs. When the valuation is completed, we provide a paper and digital copy for you and your insurance company.
Afterward, we remain available to answer any additional questions from you or your insurer. Our goal is for you to have confidence that your building is valued for the cost of reconstructing an equivalent facility in today’s market.
